Spring 2008
Dear Customers:
Winter appears to have finally ended and I think it is safe
to say that we can finally put one of the most exciting seasons
behind us. The 2007-2008 winter season proved to be one of
the most challenging to date.
Extreme weather, near record breaking precipitation and fluctuating
temperatures made for a mix that left many wondering if it
was ever going to end.
What added to the challenge was also the fact that these
conditions were not simply local but they swept across the
entire mid-west and north east Provinces and States alike.
This continued onslaught left the entire region with rationed
amounts of bulk road salt and left de-icer manufacturers running
continental shifts around the clock to keep up with demand.
Mother Nature threw everything she had at all of us this
year and by working as a team with our suppliers, customers
and our dedicated staff we made it through and learned a lot
over the last five months.
As the nice weather begins to settle in, please keep us in
mind for all your other construction and maintenance needs.
